Payments made upon milestone completion may be refunded in full if the deliverable does not meet the specifications defined in the approved SOW. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of milestone delivery with a detailed description of the discrepancy.

4.3 Client-Initiated Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has begun: (a) work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and is non-refundable; (b) any advance payments exceeding the invoiced amount will be refunded within 30 business days; (c) all completed work files will be delivered to the client upon payment of the invoiced amount.

4.4 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or infrastructure failures beyond our control, CodeSitePro will work with the client to reschedule deliverables. No refunds are applicable for delays caused by force majeure events.
